Splinter is the teacher and father of the Turtles and has taught them all they know.
Biography[]
Hamato Yoshi was once a middle-aged human being from Japan, who was banished after being defeated by Oroku Saki and fled to America when he discovered four baby turtles covered in mutagen ooze. One touch of the ooze mutants him into a mutant rat. He now teaches his sons to become a better team. With the "Ultimate All-Stars Tournament" is coming up and the Shredder is joining the villains' alliance, he asked his sons to seek out whose responsible for this tournament.
Appearance[]
Splinter's appearance is based on the 1987 classic Turtles series. In his mutant rat form, he has brown fur and wears a red kimono.

When the Turtles battle the Shredder, the intro starts off with one of the four Turtles returning home to see their master. When they returned home, the place has been crashed down and reveals that the Shredder who kidnapped their master. He was seen by luring away by an army of Mousers.
If the player can beat the Shredder, Splinter will be free and began to thank one of the four Turtles you choose.

- Splinter's origin is different than Mirage Comics version where Splinter is Hamato Yoshi's pet rat. In different versions, he is originally is a Japanese human being.
